The Debt Collection Program is a comprehensive Microsoft Windows application developed by Five Star Computing, Inc. for the South Carolina Association of Counties. This software is for use only by local government entities that have signed participation agreements with the South Carolina Association of Counties. This software allows for both methods of collection: setoff (state tax refund) and GEAR (wage garnishment) both by the Department of Revenue.

	Works with all supported Microsoft operating systems and network operating systems
	Standard Microsoft Windows functionality - such as Cut, Copy and Paste with other Windows applications
	Supports all accessible Windows printers
	Navigation with the use of a mouse

	Provides the same functions and features as the latest DOS version (2007.01)
	Selective HOT keys for quick access that reduce the need for the mouse
	Selective icons for often used processes eliminating mouse and/or keystrokes
	View all Reports before printing
	Selective numbers of concurrent page previews (1,2,3,4 or 6 pages)
	Selective zoom of report page previews (10% - 500%)
	Quick views of all debtors in various orders
	Integrated file transfers with the South Carolina Association of Counties
	Online HELP system rather than a printed manual that will be updated and made accessible more frequently
