INITIAL LOAD FILES
Initial Load Verification Report
– a report of the details for the current initial
load file along with the details of the previous
year’s file submission. This gives the entity
assurance that they did not submit the same file as
the previous year. This report is sent via
electronic mail and requires a reply from the entity
that it is valid and may be loaded and subsequently
submitted to the Department of Revenue.

Initial Load Error Report
– a
report listing the errors with any debtor
transactions. This report is only accessible via
the Web Browser at
https://scac.setoff.org as it has SSNs and would not be
secure if sent via electronic mail.

For the initial loads,
county participants have the opportunity to correct
errors and resubmit data files within the deadlines
(see
dates to
note). SCAC will work with entities until
the data is ready to submit to SCDOR.
