The ADDRESS UPDATE function is a method for updating your debtor addresses with the address from the Department of Revenue. These address files from the Department of Revenue are expected several times per year. A notification that the file is available will automatically be sent to your email account and be placed in your SSL folder accessible via your web browser. The file name will always be: DORADDUP.DAT
1. From the Main menu click Address:
2. Move the mouse over Download DOR Address File and click this option:

The Print Reconciliation Report function ...
1. From the Main menu click Address:
2. Move the mouse over Print Reconciliation Report and click this option:

Note: It is recommended you review the entire report and decide if you want to let the entire Department of Revenue address file replace your existing addresses. If so, go to Global Setting and set to Auto Mode.
If there are a minimal number of existing addresses you prefer to retain and not have replaced by the DOR file, after the Global Update with Auto Mode go to each person and set their Address indicator to ?N? which will not replace with the DOR address.
The Global Settings function ...
1. From the Main menu click Address:
2. Move the mouse over Global Settings and click this option:
3. There are two options:
- Auto Mode - automatically updates addresses with those from the Department of Revenue (DOR)
- Manual Mode - selectively updates addresses with those from the Department of Revenue (DOR)
- To select Auto Mode, move the mouse over Auto Mode and click this option:
